At what point of the construction should I contact NHT?
Whether considering the installation of a structured wiring system in a new building or an existing structure, the best time to contact
us is EARLY!
New Construction
On new construction, the ideal time to meet with us is just after the first meeting with your construction
manager or general contractor. To get the maximum benefit of our advice you should have our solution before any of the electrical work has begun. This is
done prior to the drywall going up.
If you are late into the construction cycle and are really
serious about Structured Wiring, (and your builder didn't put one in) talk to your builder and see
if they are willing to work with you.
It is still not too late!
Renovations
While it is more difficult to install a structured wiring system in an existing home, there are many tools and tricks
that allow us to create a "connected home".
It is never too late!
